Prize T&Cs from G Adventures:

Winner is entitled to two (2) free places on the following trip (no substitutions): “Costa Rica: Tortuguero, La Fortuna & Rio Celeste (CRTG)”, with a choice of any departure before December 15, 2026 that has 6 or more paying passengers. Prize must be redeemed by July 31, 2026 23:59 EST. International flights are included with a flight allowance of $1000 CAD per person for the winner and 1 companion. Winner must be 18 years of age or older in order to claim the prize. Winner and travel companions must travel on the same departure, trip and itinerary. Prize applies to the listed selection of itineraries only and excludes optional or additional services such as any, transfers, pre- or post-tour accommodation, “My Own Room” or “My Own Tent,” insurance, amendments, vaccinations, and all incidentals, meals, gratuities, taxes, fees, levies, and transportation not expressly included in the itinerary. All travel related expenses including but not limited to transportation to and from home, airfare, taxes, gratuities, incidentals, upgrades, insurance, service charges, airport surcharges, departure taxes, hotel, resort or property fees, food & beverage and excursions not specifically included in the applicable trip itinerary and personal expenses including but not limited to telephone/Internet charges and gift shop purchases are the sole responsibility of prize winner. Contest T&Cs:

  1. All entrants must be Canadian residents over the age of 18 and be legally eligible for travel to Costa Rica.
  2. The contest closes on December 14, 2025
  3. The draw will be conducted on December 21, 2025
  4. The winner will be notified by December 21, 2025 or within two weeks of the competition closing date.
  5. The winner will be randomly drawn from the eligible prize pool (users must complete the contest ballot in full and have read the complete terms and conditions) and will need to respond within 72 hours of this to accept being the winner, or another winner will be chosen. Attempts will be made to notify the winner by telephone, or the email provided at the time of entry.
  6. The prize includes two (2) spots on Costa Rica: Tortuguero, La Fortuna & Rio Celeste with G Adventures.
  7. The prize also includes flights to the value of $1000 CAD pp for two (2) people, in Economy class for travel between Canada and Costa Rica.
  8. Space subject to availability at the time of booking.
  9. Select tour date must have 6+ travellers already confirmed to be eligible.
  10. All applicable fees, such as select meals not included, optional activities, gratuities, airport/departure taxes, are the responsibility of the winner and their travel companion.
  11. Once airline tickets are issued, origin and destination can't be changed.
  12. Tickets are not transferable, not refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
  13. Stopovers are not permitted.
  14. Promotional tickets recipients may be held liable to the tour operator and/or the carrier for failure to adhere to the restrictions and conditions of travel applicable to their tickets or for the fraudulent use of those tickets.
  15. G Adventures prize DOES NOT INCLUDE:
      Transfers to/from the departure airport
    • Select meals not included
    • Gratuities
    • Personal expenses
    • Mandatory travel insurance
    • Additional expenses in the event of delays or itinerary changes
    • Pre- & post-trip hotel accommodation
  16. The winner and his/her travel companion must travel together both ways.
  17. It is the sole responsibility of the prize winner to obtain all necessary travel documentation including passports and visas, as applicable and to comply with any customs and immigration requirements.
  18. The prize must be accepted as awarded, there are no substitutions. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any costs incurred by a winner though the use of a prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.
  19. Once booked, the booking will be subject to the Terms and Conditions of The Travel Agent Next Door.
  20. The promoter and organizer, The Travel Agent Next Door, reserves the right to change any condition of this competition, without notice.
  21. The Travel Agent Next Door reserves the right to substitute the prize or any part of the prize (due to unavailability or for any other reason) with a different prize or part of the prize of equal monetary value.
  22. The Travel Agent Next Door assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.
  23. Neither The Travel Agent Next Door or G Adventures nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or damage) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.
  24. Employees of The Travel Agent Next Door, and all other prize partners, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, and their families, are excluded from entering this competition.
  25. The Travel Agent Next Door collects participants’ personal information to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the participant may not take part in the promotion.
  26. The prize winner will be informed by email, and their name and personal details may be used in future promotions associated with the organizer and the promoter.
  27. By entering this competition, you agree to allow future communications from the Organizers and Promoters of this competition. You may however unsubscribe at any time.
